# 查看聊天记录

**查看聊天记录：**在管理后台开启聊天记录备份功能，选择将聊天记录备份至服务器或者是本地。\
<1>若选择备份至服务器，那么聊天记录通过后台即可查看（系统仅保存最近一个月的聊天记录数据）。<2>若选择备份至本地，需要下载聊天记录查看器，会将名下所有客服账号的WhatsApp账号产生的聊天记录备份下来。\

**<1>将聊天记录备份至服务器：可以在后台查看一个月内的聊天记录**:arrow\_down:\
使用步骤：首先输入主账号和密码，登录后台>打开“产品管理”，点击"WhatsApp/Line客服软件”>\
选“聊天记录管理>在“是否开启聊天记录备份”里选“是”，选“将聊天记录备份至服务器”

使用步骤：需要下载聊天记录查看器，用“启动程序”启动并且登录>然后进入后台地址，输入主账号和密码，登录后台>打开“产品管理”，点击"WhatsApp/Line客服软件”>选“聊天记录管理”>在“是否开启聊天记录备份”里选“是”，选“将聊天记录备份至本地”。\ <mark style="color:red;">注意：聊天记录查看器需要启动一直处于运行状态，才可以接收到WhatsApp账号的聊天记录。</mark>
